  I previously had a Galaxy Note 2 that work bought me years ago. Would have kept using it but it died and I was unable to salvage anything from it. I'm on Puretalk USA and needed a phone compatible and after researching found this model. I have to say getting it up and running was pretty painless as I normally dislike that kind of thing. Other than lost contacts, I was able to bring pretty much everything over from my old phone through the cloud. And I set up my new contacts through the cloud to avoid that next time. Probably the biggest adjustment has been going from a larger screen to a smaller one. But that's my own stubbornness for not wearing glasses more than anything. All in all I feel i'm getting pretty good value from this phone.

  My issues are that most of the time I have to restart the phone to get messages sent from my social media, sometimes messages are delayed for weeks and if I don't restart/power off/on then those messages are never received. Battery life is also a concern, sometimes the battery die way too early causing me to constantly recharge. I sometimes think this phone is a refurbished other than a New phone.

  Nice basic phone. You definitely need a memory card or your phone will fill up fast. The camera is terrible on it. I always have to barrow my husbands phone if I want a clear and good quality photo. This phone does not take good pictures. I’ve purchased two phones and disappointingly the camera is bad on both.

  I had lost my previous cell phone, so I had to get one at the last minute for a good price. This phone did that. I've had the phone for 3 months and I can say that I have no regrets. One negative aspect is that the battery drains pretty fast, but other than that, it does exactly what I expected. If you are like me and just want a working phone with working apps, I highly recommend it. If however battery life is very important for you day to day operations, then do not buy this.

  Received my Galaxy J2 some days ago.However, it was a Spanish versionThe Quick Start Guide was in English but had no info on how to select user language.Found User Manual online but the one I found didn't help at all.Sent complaint to Samsung. They simply replied and said it was not a Canadian model and gave me instructions what to do but the instructions WERE IN ENGLISH!I managed to fix it myself but thought you should know.What do I do now in terms of my Warranty, etc?

  Just like the review before me i too have had some freezjng and one day it got blurred my screen and went in and out zooming slow lol not sure why i did that... i think of calling amazon getting a replacement sent so i can send this one back not sure if they can do that since its fullfilled they can if its sold by them.... HOPE person that sells these is aware that mine had some freezing too not many times but i had some to. Its a nice phone for pics videos sound...
